Questions
How do I set the temperature?
It comes set to 37.8°C. You can change it with the Set button; the manual (PDF) explains every setting.
Does it hatch as well as incubate?
Yes. Eggs incubate and hatch in the same machine, like under a real hen. Stop turning 3 days before hatch day.
What happens in a power cut?
Plastic hobby incubators lose heat quickly. Keep the lid closed and cover the machine with a blanket, leaving the air holes open. See our load-shedding page for backup power options.
